Bright and brilliant. Intense and seducing aromas of pear, lemon zest, apple, acacia blossom layered with mineral notes of wet stones. On the palate flavourful, the crisp acidity is perfectly balanced by the creamy mousse.
Food Pairing: aperitif, appetizer, seafood, salmon tartare.
